Basically there is little to no difference as far as I’m aware its just that some companies use the term Georgian whilst ourselves and others decided to use the term Edwardian.

Considering whether or not you need building permission for your home improvement in Leicester?

Some buildings are considered by the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister to be exempt from the requirement of the Building Regulation. If your desired home improvement fits the criteria, no building control permission is required.
